This was during the National Hiring Day for McDonalds. They were gracious enough to offer 1:1 interviews, but most of them (I visited a couple locations) mostly just took your resume/application, asked a few background questions and said they would call back in a week to hire or choose you to go onto the next stage. It seemed like screening, and I didn't get a call back from any of them.
There was one McDonalds that probably did more thorough interviews because it was inside another store and had less applicants. There were about 5 questions and they were things like, "Tell me about a time you had a difficult customer and how you dealt with it," "What is one situation you dealt with badly and if you had another chance how would you change what you did?", and "McDonalds prides itself on its friendly customer service. Pretend you're a crew member and a customer comes up to you: how would you greet him or her?"

After submitting my application to the hiring manager i was called a week and a half later and scheduled an interview. The interview was with one of six managers, but the hiring decisions was eventually made by the store manager, who never lays eyes on the person before hiring them. Manager was very professional and clear with his questions. My advice to people going through a mcdonalds interview is to be yourself and show interest in the job.

I went to the McDonald to ask if they hire someone, and they told me to be back the next week- on the National Hiring Day. i went there on that day, and there were many interviewees were waiting.It was 1:1 interview,and the interview questions are easy. Finally, I was given the job that day

Interviewer was very nice, did say they were interviewing more than ten people for one position, and he was mostly looking for posibilities for the summer.

I met with the store owner at one of the McDonald's she owned (I didn't end up working at that particular McDonald's). There were two other candidates there and she took to a table in the restaurant and interviewed us one by one. It was very casual, with vague questions like "tell me about yourself" and "why McDonald's?". She hired all three of us on the spot and came to orientation the following week.

I had a very short interview with the manager, after which she told me she was interested in me and would call me with an offer after checking my references. Indeed, I got a call a couple days later with a job offer.

I came early to the interview, and waited for the interviewer to talk to two other people before me. The interview itself was incredibly short. I was asked about my job history and why I'd left my previous employer. I was informed about the dress code and asked about my availability. I was called back a few days later.

I applied online with McDonalds via there website. I evently got called for an interview. I went to the interview and was asked some questions. I evently ended up getting hired. Its a good job if you do not mind the fast pace but I ended up qutting due to the fast pace.
