I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at McDonald's in October 2012.

Interview Details – I was transferred here, if you know someone on the inside you'll most likely get in, if you mess up though prepare to face consequences.

Interview Question – It is busy, sometimes the crew is immature and uncooperative.   Answer Question

Floor Supervisor Interview

Floor Supervisor

I applied online and the process took 4 days - interviewed at McDonald's.

Interview Details – Apply online! The applications tend to get lost in the office, usually only 1 interview. Don't call repeatedly if they don't call you, it usually means your availability is not what they are looking for or you failed the assessment. Just smile a lot and dress nice, if they call you they already know they want you or are deciding between you and maybe a few others.

Interview Question – All questions are very straight forward, basically filling in any blanks on your application or questions about them.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – None! They offer you a position and what the rate is and you either accept of decline.
