Interview Details – I would say that it was an o.k. experience. The people ion the other hand looked to be on something:-(. There was a lot of nepotism and favoritism going on all of the time. I had to literally call every other day for hours. I didn't stay around the corner at all.

Interview Details – The only time I've seen the interview process spin down the drain is when someone is so completely unsettling, that hiring that person would be out of the question. Even further, the only time I see an application itself tossed aside is when the availability is too limited. Openers and closers are often in high demand. During the school year, we need help from the mornings until early afternoon.

Interview Details –
They held interview days several times per month, where they generally interviewed on a first-come basis. They did call me in, however.
I have worked here twice. The first time, I was recommended for the position by upper management, and they simply asked when I was available and verified my previous work history.
The second time, those same two questions were asked. In addition, I was interviewed in detail on my position at the previous McDonald's and what I had done there, what department I was in, what my RDM was, etc.
Interview Question – I think she asked me to think of a silly nick name for myself? Answer Question
No Offer – Interviewed in Saint Joseph, MI Mar 2013 – Reviewed May 10, 2013 New
Interview Details – There was almost no interview process and it is extremely easy to get hired. I was there for about three minutes for the interview, but orientation may take anywhere from two to three hours.
Accepted Offer – Reviewed May 8, 2013 New
Interview Details – I got an application from an online website and went in on their national hiring day. There were two or three slightly higher than manager personnel doing the interviews. They reviewed my application and noticed on of my references was a former spanish teacher. They asked me if I spoke spanish and i said yes. They then asked me a few questions in spanish and i responded appropriately. I was told I got the job and was placed at a McDonald's by my house a couple days later.
Negotiation Details – No negotiation, you just get slightly above minimum when you start and there's a 90 day review where you get a raise.
