Applied online. Got a call the next day for an interview. Went in and they made me fill out the online application because they forgot i already did one. Waste of time. Then they interview me at a table in the middle of the restaurant. Asked if i was still in school and why i wanted to work there. Then she said your orientation is tomorrow, shook my hand and went back to work. This had been my first job experience so i was stunned that she didnt tell me my salary or any information. Then at orientation you watch a few videos about customer service and then youre just thrown on the job.

i filled out an application and got a call about a month later to come in for an interview. I had an interview with the hiring manager, she didn't ask me any questions but just gave me a skills test basically on customer service (no brainer). If you passed you automatically got the job, and i passed. I started the orientation 2 days later and had my first day about a day after that.

With an employee referral I was able to skip the application process up to the interview. I was living abroad at the time so I did a phone interview. Was made an offer a couple weeks after the call but I knew I had it already from the tone and excitement of my interviewer. You really need to know the company in order to do well during the interview. A lot of specific questions about company history and currently marketing.

I was moving from Ohio to Virginia beach. I applied online. Then was told to email my resume. I then moved and had my interview a week after I arrived and BAM.. They knew a winner when they seen me!!

I applied 2 weeks before the restaurant opened, and did not receive a call back. I continued to call every morning asking what was the status of my application. After a few days of calling I received a call back for an interview. If you get an interview, you automatically have the job. During The interview they basically ask about your flexibility and then offer you the position. Please do not come overly dressed to the interview because its McDonald's and they honestly don't care. At the McDonald's I was hired at, piercings were not allowed. I eventually got tired of changing my nose ring to a clear one that I let it close.

It was very straight forward and easy. They will see if you have basic language skills and desire to work the odd hours. They will tell you the salary and other necessary information right away. Decision is made within a week.

I was unable to access the typing test from home because of an error with the link they sent me. But, when I tried to take it at their location, I had to use a small laptop that I was unfamiliar with. It was very uncomfortable and difficult to get used to the new keyboard setup.

I had a criminal record so they would not hire me
Had to manly fill out a ton of paper work
talked a little about higshcool diplomia, said I would be fine without one
I had some Burger King experiance they liked on the girll, the fries, the drive thru, mopping , cleaing
BUt again i didnt get the job due to being a felon, they ave some program for felons they said, Im looking into it
