McDonald's Manager Interview

Interview Details – my interview way back 2008 under the name of Mr. Muntaseer correct if i'm wrong in the spelling of his name but, anyway it was really tough interview because, to be honest i really don't know how to answer such kind of question he had towards me, which is i am not totally fluent in speaking an English. but in the long run i gain confidence it was started in the middle of conversation between me and him. it spark my mind that this company is really open to those who encounter failures and willing accept those people has a downtrodden heart. that's all folk.

Negotiation Details – well, it was tough decision to accept the offer of being a crew, because, first and for most i apply as a Management Trainee but, the AVP name Mr. Muntasser said to me, i will accept you if you start first in a crew level, and without doubt and never thinking twice i say to him a big yes.
