McDonald's Shift Manager Interview

Interview Details – The supervisor called me on a Friday and set up an interview for the following Monday. I went to the interview on the following Monday. She asked basic interview questions: strenths, experience. She asked for a filled out application. She told me what the starting pay was and I accepted. I started the following MOnday, a week later. I had to wear my own clothes for the first 2 weeks while I was on probation. After the two weeks were up I was issued uniforms.

Negotiation Details – Ask for as much money as possible up front. Only salary managers make bonuses. They only give raises once per year for hourly managers.
