Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 3 days)
I walked in inquiring about a sign outside "Hiring Management". I spoke with the GM at that time. He looked at my resume and because of my previous employer knew what my skill sets were. We spoke briefly about what I did there. He called the DM and scheduled an interview for the next day. Before I left he had me go online and apply so I could take what I would call "what I would do in different situations".
I met with the DM, we briefly discussed my background. I was told based on how I scored I was a match for their company. The next day I met with the Director of Operations and the DM. In that meeting I was told why I would want to work there and what my salary would be to start. Within a hour I was called and offered the position. I did accept and was schedule for orientation that evening. To me this was very out of the ordinary.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 2 weeks)
Interviewed for full time position for manager at a local loacation. Was fast and pretty basic interview consisting of usual questions. Provided with time to ask anything pertaining to the position and the job in general. Position was offered after a wait of about two weeks, but was not what I had in mind.

Interviewed Dec 2008 (took 1+ week)
Interviewer was cordial and seemed interested in responses. Questions mostly revolved around my previous employment and what makes me a good manager of others. Fairly straight forward, important to appear confident and act as though you have valuable information to offer.

Interviewed May 2008 in Boston, MA (took 4 days)
it was fairly simple. I went in, filled out an application, and then went in for an interview. I wanted to be a fry cook, just to get some experience under my belt (as well as a summer job, to help with college). I was fairly surprised at how extensive the interview was, and the amount of questions that were posed to me. I was actually told that my resume dictated a much higher position (that of managerial status). I am currently in school for culinary arts, so I was not in the line of managing a fast food restaurant. I reluctantly declined the offer, and moved on to Arby's.
