Pretty general questions - why would you want to work there, why did you apply. I was interviewed by two people, the general manager and the store manager. They were both really nice about the whole process, but previous job experience was pretty high on their list. I did not get the job, most likely because of this.

I was called back after about a month after I applied and set up an interview with the store manager. He was very friendly and nice and he asked me a few questions about my grades and hobbies. He asked when I was available to work and wrote down the times. He thanked me for being there and sent me on my way. I was called back the same day and was told i was hired and I started almost immediately.

I walked into the store about 15 minutes early. I witnessed the lady interviewing another person, and I patiently sat and waited my turn. When they were done, I walked up and introduced myself. She said she'd be just a minute. I sat there waiting for about half an hour before she came back to me and we started the interview. She asked a couple of questions, and it was more so about getting to know me and my availability. She was really kind and I thought I did well, but I never got that call I was looking for. Overall, it was an easy interview. I just wish I'd gotten hired.
