Phone interview discussing the position and resume/backgroun experience
On-site interview with two members of HR team-- very informal, open discussion, qualifications and position discussed-- both were very friendly, and it was a very comfortable atmosphere.
When they called to decline the offer they did mention it came down to me and the other candidate, so they gave some positive feedback as well.
