Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 2 weeks)
I was able to get an interview within the week of inquiring about the opening, The phone interview was quick and easy with the questions being practical. I was then offered the chance to meet with the regional of the area and the scheduling for the interview was immediate. Upon meeting with the regional, again the interview was practical and to the point. The longest part of applying was waiting to get the background check and drug testing done.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Orlando, FL (took 1+ week)
I went through a series of interviews for a Regional Manager position (1-Phone, 1-in person, 2-skype) following the last interview I was provided an offer in writing as a Community Manager, something not discussed during the interview, at an exorbitant salary with outrageous bonus package. I was told I needed to prove myself because they did not have Regional Manager positions. I have 18 year experience as a Regional Manager... The following day a Regional Manager job was posted on the internet. When I questioned the HR person to inquire what went wrong during the interview she claimed to be unaware of the posting. She call me back no less than 10 minutes later to inform me they were withdrawing their offer because the position was not longer available.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Taylor, MI (took a day)
Applied online and followed up with a phone interview. Interview with the Regional Sales Director went well, very high energy manager with nothing but great things to say about the company. Second interview was with the community manager in which I connected with right off the bat! They do a background check and a drug screen which is great!

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Ann Arbor, MI (took 2 weeks)
Interviewed with three individuals in three different 1:1 interviews. Impressions were fairly good, albeit there was one individual that seemed standoffish. I do not know if that was because I cam across wrong or whether he had a bad day or whether that is the norm. I had no doubt that the position was within my capabilities; however, it may have been perceived that it would have been a step down from my current position. It also would require a move which may have seemed daunting to a hiring supervisor.

Interviewed Dec 2010 (took a day)
The process for me was relatively easy. I was a contractor (Temp) working on several properties. This particular week I was working at a property while members from Corporate was in town for a meeting at the property where I was. A member from corporate over heard me offering marketing tips to one of the SSA's and she came over an asked me if I worked for McKinley. I stated I didn't and she said ok and walked a way. Moments later she returned and asked if I had a resume and did I have time to meet today. I agreed and we entered into office and the interview was conducted and a job offer was made.
