Started with resume screening before the Problem Solving Test. True difficulty of test is time management - ability to finish the questions on time, as the questions are not exceedingly difficult.

Two rounds of case interviews. In my instance, where interviews were held on separate days, you can actually "call"/contact your interviewer for feedback prior to the next interview. I was given strongly positive feedback after one particular interview, even before I did my 2nd, for the same round.
