Interviewed Apr 2012 (took 5 days)
Phone interview with a recruiter was pleasant and informative. Went through my resume in detail, wanted to know a lot about my current job, my college experience and why I am considering leaving my current position. Open about the culture of the company and that it is a fast paced environment. 4 hr interview day, met with original recruiter, had a tour of the facility with another supervisor and then had one on one interview with two other managers. Fairly standard interview questions. Office environment was very pleasant, but clearly very corporate and to the task...you won't see people wandering around desk to desk socializing here.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Santa Fe Springs, CA (took a day)
Interview process started at 9AM and ended at 2PM ... first interview was with the HR rep that had conducted my phone interview a few days prior. The second third and fourth, I came to find out later, were different department managers who would each determine if you would be a good fit in their respective departments. I was told I would be contacted by mail with an offer. You are actually only contacted by mail with a decline notice but in my case I was called the same day that I interviewed with an offer

I was called about 1 hr after leaving the interview and offered a certain amount. While I was interviewing earlier in the day I received an email offer for another position that I previously interviewed for making about $6K more per year than McMaster's offer. I disclosed the higher offer and the HR rep said she would need to check with her supervisor to increase my offer which she did approx. 15 min. later. So asks/ but don't ask for more ... it just might work!

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Elmhurst, IL (took 2 days)
Started out with a phone interview from their recruiter. Subsequently went in for first round of interviews, starting with the recruiter from the phone interview. Interviewed with three other employees of the company. Questions were not overly difficult, but definitely be prepared to answer questions about your education, experience and other qualifications/skills.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Elmhurst, IL (took a day)
I had a phone interview with one of the recruiters. He asked me general questions about myself. He then explained what position they were looking to fill and if that seemed interesting to me. I had asked about the potential for growth and he stated that there was a possibility for growth, but the overall impression that I got was that this job was pretty flat. I eventually found out that i was being interviewed for a phone order representative.

There interview process is easy. HR calls you they give you a brief interview and if they like you they ask you to come in for a interview. When you come in for the interview the process consist of about 3-4 people interviewing you individually and then you leave. If they like you the call a shortly after the interview and offer you the position

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Santa Fe Springs, CA (took 2 days)
I received a phone call from the HR Recruiter and she initiated the conversation that she was interested in my resume. This lead to a phone interview which took about 20 minutes. I soon came to the conclusion that they shun leadership qualities and only want lemmings. I'm glad I was not offered a job.

Lots of questions regarding how to handle situations or how innovative you can be in problem solving. Was asked to describe something I failed at, which was difficult because its not something that many people choose to remember. Interviewer seemed interested in how someone would solve problems, which is a plus

Interviewed Aug 2008 (took 2 days)
the interview process began with a phone interview and then a one-on-one interview. The interviewer seemed to say all of the right things, but I could tell that she really wasn't giving me an accurate account of the culture. They do have outstanding benefits but management is really far removed from the staff.
