Interviewed Mar 2011 (took 3 weeks)
It was behavioral based and she asked you typical behavioral questions where you have to give problem, action, and solution. Really easy, just google some behavioral based questions database and begin forming your problem/action/solution in your head for each question. Begin to pull things from your memory that are relavent to the question.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in North Charleston, SC (took 2 weeks)
A recruiter from MWV saw my resume on Monster. The first step was a phone interview with the recruiter. Just basic questions about experience and salary requirements. Second interview was a phone interview with hiring supervisor. Again, pretty basic. Third interview was a panel interview with 3 other people. This included hiring supervisor, department manager, and peer. This was a very formal interview. The interviewers had pre-prepared questions to ask. Took about 3 hours to complete. Very standard questions: what's the hardest thing you have done and how did you handle it? What hobbies do you have outside o work? How do you handle working with someone you don't like?

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Richmond, VA (took 2 weeks)
One of the nicest interviews I have ever done. Everyone from HR to future boss and extended team was professional and polite. I had a few concerns coming out of the on sight interview, HR scheduled a call the next day with my future boss, we talked for an hour, covered off the items and I felt satisfied it was a good fit

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Richmond, VA (took a day)
Apply through career services. Shortlist generate one week later. You could bid your way into the list. Two one on one interviews. Mostly behavioral, on resume, interests. Not too technical. Asked about why finance, why MWV, future plans - both five year and ten year plan. Asked about why a particular school etc. Decision given two weeks later. Focus on fit.
