Interviewed May 2009 in Nashville, TN (took 2 weeks)
Initial communications were with the HR department who described the general role and skills needed, which was completed over the phone. From there, I was setup for a series of back to back individual as well as one on one interviews. I went into the office and spend 5 hours interviewing with individuals. After that, there was one final phone interview with the VP of the business unit. HR communicated the offer and logistics after the final interview.

Negotiation Details
Not much of a negotiation. Their initial offer was all that they were willing to discuss aside from some set incentives and plan for performance review for salary adjustments.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Drug Test.
