Interviewed Sep 2010 in Bowie, MD (took a day)
The usual questions, i.e. "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?, What was the hardest decision you ever made and why". "What would you do if you were left completing the entire project and your "partner" did nothing". The interview with the manager was a bit long and she seemed cordial, she even hugged me my first working day there. I sat with a "Lead" to observe what she did and she was also cordial.

If your there to make "more money" ... forget it. I took a cut in pay because I wanted a change. There is definitely a "click" with management at all levels.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Columbia, MD (took a day)
Recieved a telephone call from a very friendly recruiter. We discussed job expectations, work hours, and salary. I was asked about my nursing experience and if I would be interested in this position. I was then offered a formal job and accepted.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Bowie, MD (took a day)
Four back-to-back 30 minute interviews. 3/4 were positive. The bad interview consisted of one question being repeated in three different ways, just to make sure that I "knew my stuff." They also tested me on more advanced SQL concepts than necessary. The last interviewer assured that the most SQL knowledge required in the position were on a beginner's level. Interviewees should understand the concept of a test case. The interview process was satisfactory and the person from HR was very polite post-interview.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Bowie, MD (took 5 weeks)
1) Received a call from an internal recruiter to inform me that they were potentially interested in me to interview for the position. Recruiter was very polite and professional. Called back and went through a standard "pre-screen" interview. Recruiter told me he'd get back to me next week.
Questions:
"I see you live out of state, are you willing to relocate for this position?"
"When, if hired, would you be able to start?"
2) Recruiter called back as promised and had a more in-depth interview to gauge my technical background. Discussion of salary ranges, relocation assistance (none), and other job-related topics. Recruiter said he'd forward my interview results to the hiring manager to set up for a possible further interview at a later date. I clarify if it would be acceptable for me to follow up with the recruiter if I don't hear anything, and he assures me that would be fine.
Questions:
"What kind of salary range are you looking for with this position?"
"I see you have (listed skill) on your resume, in what context did you practice this skill?"
"What kind of background do you have with scripting?"
3) I follow up about a week and a half later, recruiter tells me that the hiring manager is on vacation, try again next week.
4) Recruiter calls me to schedule a conference call next week with the hiring manager and another employee who currently holds the position I'm applying for. Recruiter requests that I call him back post-interview to discuss how it went.
5) Have the conference call at the end of the week with the two people listed in 4). This is a more technical interview, but not of the "quiz" variety. It's similar to the interview I had with the recruiter in 2), but obviously more specific and detailed:
Questions:
"How familiar are you with (security software)?"
"What penetration testing tools are you most familiar with, and in what context did you use them?"
6) I email and call (voicemail) the recruiter as requested with my feedback from the interview, which was positive.
7) Call recruiter again next day to see if he had any feedback for me, he says he hasn't gotten together with the hiring manager yet, says I should hear something next week.
8) I call the recruiter back a week later, at which point he informs me that they've decided to go with someone else, but they'd like to keep my resume on file in case something else opens up.
Overall, the experience (while time-consuming), was a positive one. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, and I understand that they want to take their time while interviewing for such a position. The total process took roughly 5 weeks.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Bowie, MD (took a day)
First, I was contacted for a Phone interview. During the Phone interview, I was interviewed by three people of the team. The interview was pretty straightforward, with questions from my resume and talking about my previous work experience.
Followed by that was a in-person interview, I had a written test for 30min, and 2 interviews with the director and few other team members.
