No Offer – Interviewed in Washington, DC – Reviewed Jan 6, 2013
Interview Details – Applied online Dec 2. 2012. Dec 4. 2012, a HR Generalist responded with a email request for an interview. That same day, I sent a specific interview date as requested by the HR. HR sent a confirmation email 5 days later (slow). The HR Generalist who interviewed me looked like she had just woke up.
Interview Question – The questions HR ask are the same questions retail stores will ask you. They read the questions off a sheet, and base their hiring decision off of that. "How did you deal with a disgruntled customer" & "How do you work, when you see another coworker doing whatever" View Answer
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Washington, DC – Reviewed Oct 1, 2012
Interview Details – I originally interviewed years ago, and prior to much automation of the process. I transitioned from a staff nurse position to a NP essentially by an internal referral. The initial process included the routine items of completing an application which was followed by a formal interview with a non-clinical person.
Interview Question – Unable to recall at this time. The interview was somewhat informal and many years ago. Answer Question
Declined Offer – Interviewed in Detroit, MI Apr 2012 – Reviewed Jun 29, 2012
Interview Details – I talked to Human Resources personell on the phobe. My application was pulled from the University of South Carolina job pool website. The initial interview was telephone based and that process took around 45min to an hour. There were a series of questions then I was invited to an on site one on one interview. After completing that interview process I was invited to take an inventory test in which I declined. The pay considered was great, but the work environment seemed a bit cumbersome.
Interview Question – What is your greatest accomplishment? Why would you choose it? How would your greatest accomplishment influence your decision to work here? Answer Question
No Offer – Interviewed in Washington, DC Mar 2012 – Reviewed May 6, 2012
Interview Details – I applied for the position some time in March. I was contacted April 7, via email to set up an interview. I immediately emailed back and never received a confirmation. I sent another email and and made a few phone calls, and still nothing...It's now May!! I'm very disappointed in the HR department for this company. If you changed your mind about the interview, put the job on hold or decided to choose another candidate then you should let me know something and not leave me in the dark.
