The process took 3 months - interviewed at Meda in March 2011.
Interview Details – Interviewed with the person who would be my direct manager, rather than someone from HR which I liked. The interviews (2 with direct manager and 1 with regional manager) were all very straightforward, standard interviews consisting of lots of situational questions.
Interview Question – Describe a time when you tried to present a change in your current workplace and were unsuccessful. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Negotiated relocation expenses successfully. They were firm on the salary.
