Interviewed Jan 2012 in New York, NY (took 3 weeks)
I was contacted by the "Director of Talent Acquisition" via email and scheduled a phone interview- He never called, two weeks later he surfaced and we scheduled another date for a phone interview, this time he provided his number, I contacted him at the specific time and ended up leaving a message. At his point I was fed up with his unprofessional behavior, I sent him an email two days later stating that this exercise has created a "negative candidate and branding experience", needless to say he immediately replied and we scheduled a third attempt ,this time when he picked up the phone not only he had no clue who I was he asked to reschedule the phone meeting again.
Do executives care who represents their company? Why is this type of behavior tolerated? How is this person even employed? Do you care about your brand ? This is how you lose talent....

Interviewed Nov 2010 (took 3 weeks)
I was referred to the company through an informal meeting between people that worked with employees at Mediacom. The interview process was very straight forward. The culture was inviting rather than intimidating which made me feel more confident before the interview. The interview consisted of all the run of the mill entry level questions but also had very specific questions about the account I was interviewing. Know your strengths and try and strike a connection between the person interviewing and you should be in good shape

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took a day)
I started out by receiving a phone call from a recruiter asking me a couple of questions about the position and also about myself. We then scheduled a time for me to come in and talk with a manager for my actual interview. My interview consisted of me and two Regional managers sitting in a conference room around a table and basically just asking asking me common interview questions that you see in typically every interview. It lasted about 30 minutes long and was fairly easy as non of the questions where meant to try and trick you or anything like that. Only problem I had is that I am nervous in interviews so it was a little tough for me having 2 regionals around me asking me questions left and right. I haven't yet heard from them as they told me they had a few other interviews to do still but they both seemed like genuine guys and down to earth and treated me like a human and not just an interviewee.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in New York, NY (took a day)
I spoke with HR and the two women who interviewed me were incredibly nice. They didn't ask the annoying questions like strengths and weaknesses, but rather tried to get to know me. They were personable and easy to talk with.
