MediaCom Worldwide Warehouse Associate Interview

Interview Details – I started out by receiving a phone call from a recruiter asking me a couple of questions about the position and also about myself. We then scheduled a time for me to come in and talk with a manager for my actual interview. My interview consisted of me and two Regional managers sitting in a conference room around a table and basically just asking asking me common interview questions that you see in typically every interview. It lasted about 30 minutes long and was fairly easy as non of the questions where meant to try and trick you or anything like that. Only problem I had is that I am nervous in interviews so it was a little tough for me having 2 regionals around me asking me questions left and right. I haven't yet heard from them as they told me they had a few other interviews to do still but they both seemed like genuine guys and down to earth and treated me like a human and not just an interviewee.
