Interviewed Nov 2008 in Taipei (Taiwan) (took 2 days)

First round:
In the beginning, I took a C programming language test on the sheet (Only C, not C++).
After that, there is a group interview asking what I have done before.
They checked my colleage transcript and find out what courses I have taken.
Then ask some related questions and want me to show how solid my knowledge is, for example, the congestion control in TCP protocol.
Finally, there is a programming test, a real time coding.
In the same time, my code was being projected on the screen.
Every one can see the whole develop progress.

Second round:
Just chatting, a personality interview with manager.
