Interviewed Jul 2011 (took 1 week)
Initial phone interview. Then a 1:1 interview with office leader. If that goes well, you get what they call a half day where you come observe what a normal day is like. During the half day you meet with different managers and co-workers. The whole time they are all evaluating you and your skills. After you wait for the call back with an offer. Depending on open spots and needs, this will determine how long until you hear back.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Chicago, IL (took 3 days)
The interview process came off as formal, but when I arrived it was very informal. Very young company and growing fast. I was interviewed by 5 different people and I just felt like it needed to be more professional. Although, it would be a fun group to work for it wasn't for me.

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 4+ weeks)
I went to the office location and got to meet other recruiters and see what they do on a daily basis. I interviewed with the account managers I would potentially be working under. They asked basic interview questions and went over my resume. Seemed like a pretty fun job, straightforward. Some of the stuff the other recruiters were saying to me seemed like the workplace was slightly unprofessional, borderline unethical but all in all seemed like a fun, youthful place to work. They took much longer to get back to me than what they had said which made me mad.

Interviewed Aug 2011 (took 1 week)
Very quick and easy interview. No surprise questions. It was just a conversation between myself and the interviewer. The business is about people, so naturally the interviewer just wanted to see how quickly I could develop a rapport.
The company is one that is growing, which can be good and bad. The starting salary wasn't something that enthused me (35,000), and the interviewer expressed at the interview that the employees typically work longer than 40 hour weeks. He did say though that the opportunity for advancement is there, so one would imagine that you wouldn't be in a position for very long if you do a good job.

Interviewed May 2009 in Dallas, TX (took 2+ weeks)
Someone contacted me as I had applied to the recruiter position through my college job board. I did a 30 minute phone screen and was then brought in for an initial interview at the company. I met/interviewed with the Sales Manager of the office and several other account managers and was then given the opportunity to shadow with a couple of different recruiters to get a good understanding of what they do on a day to day. After that, I was then brought back for a final interview where I met with the Sales Manager and the Account Manager that I would "potentially" be recruiting for. It was pretty intense and I was asked to do a mock role play during the interview. I was then extended an offer two days later.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Lombard, IL (took 5 weeks)
First there was a phone interview, then I went to their Lombard, IL location for a second interview. I sat with 2 recruiters to see what the position did on a daily basis and to ask questions, then i interviewed with an account manager and then their office manager.
Very young work environment there, fast paced. Continuously hiring but only hiring a few at a time, and interviewing 6x the canidates. Friendly company

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 2 weeks)
I first had a phone interview then they called me in for a 1:1 interview. It went fantastic. The interview was set up structurally. Then they called me back for the second interview. It was a little different. I shadowed their employees for a half of the day and met their entire team. I really enjoyed meeting them. The manager offered me the position on the spot but told me he had to check with CEO to make sure he had the money to do so. Then they called me and told me they loved me and wanted me to be a a part of their company but they are hitting an all time low of numbers as well as hiring across the country.
