Staffing Coordinator at Medrp International

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Nashville, TN Jan 2008 – Reviewed Jul 7, 2012

Interview Details – The employer found my Resume on an employment portal and contacted me. The phone interview was easy, the second phone interview was with senior management team that too was quick and easy. Both interviews were focused on discussing my past work experiences, and the company was looking for me to utilize my marketing background to bring more business to them.

Interview Questions

  • Explain your past work experiences in detail, the type of work done, projects etc   View Answer
  • What would I bring to the table?   View Answer

Negotiation Details – The negotiations were also very satisfying, the company offered me almost what I asked for and offered a lot of flexibility in work hours, vacation times etc. However they expected me to perform above average when they offered all I wanted, which was fair.
