The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Medtronic in May 2010.

Interview Details – Phone interview was immediatley asked to sell a pencil to interviewers. Want to see how quick you are on your toes, I have heard they pick all kinds of different objects, want to see that you dig in and ask lots of discovery questions. F2F interview was same asked to sell notebook, asked situational questions.

Interview Question – Tell me about a time you had a customer that you knew was using a competitor, what was your strategy to win them?   View Answer

Negotiation Details – said starting salary is not negotiable, take it or leave it. Great company- if you are open to relocate all over country you will be promoted- BIg on rankings and awards

interviewed with 3 people: sales manager, HR, VP Sales
had ride along with current sales rep
