Interviewed Sep 2011 (took 2 weeks)
Met with Regional Manager first. Then had interview with Store Manager. Managers did not ask a lot of detailed questions after reviewing resume. Interviews were short and brief. Dress professionally to make a good impression.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Champaign, IL (took 3 days)
First I met the store manager, then the assistant manager as well. This was about a 10-15 minute chat where he was basically feeling me out. Making sure I had the people skills necessary to work there. Then he called me that night and we scheduled a real interview with the regional manager for the next week. This was a basic interview, pretty easy by my standards (45min-1hr).

Interviewed Jun 2009 (took a day)
Both store managers were on vacation at the time, so I was interviewed by the District Manager. This interview was very laid back and I was hired right on the spot. I hadn't met either of my managers until my first day working. The compensation I could make was understated a little, which was a pleasant surprise.

Interviewed Mar 2009 (took 2 months)
Initial application is done online, rather easy to complete and understand. The initial interview was with the manager within a couple weeks of submitting application, more of a personality assessment to make sure I would be a good fit for the "team." Asked to tell a joke and sell the manager a stapler. Second interview approximately 2 weeks later was with the assistant manager and the operations manager; interview asking about availability, experience and job skills. The job offer did not come till slightly more than a month after the second interview.

Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 3 weeks)
The interview is extremely easy to get through, They ask you fairly simple questions. They seem very friendly at first and try to display a professional work atmosphere (don't let this fool you). One initial interview and a call back is made to confirm if whether you're hired or not.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in New York, NY (took a day)
Easy enough to get in as I had worked for with the company for a long time. They like people who know the system and who they don't have to retrain. Overall it is reasonable work for retail, but like any other commission based sales, your paycheck will fluctuate.

Negotiation Details
Not too much to negotiate, you can work around the base hourly rate, but only so much. Commission is set in stone

Interviewed Jan 2010 in San Francisco, CA (took 1+ week)
I had a 2 hour face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. The format was very standard i.e. she asked me about my background and experience and provided some background on the company and the position. The office was very casual and I was surprised to have the interview in a "public" area (instead of a conference room, which made it difficult to focus).
