I had a 2 hour face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. The format was very standard i.e. she asked me about my background and experience and provided some background on the company and the position. The office was very casual and I was surprised to have the interview in a "public" area (instead of a conference room, which made it difficult to focus).

Interview arranged by staffing company. Account manager met me at interview location. Good prep work before interview by staffing company. Interviewed by Manager of IT. Sharp guy, good questions. Some communication breakdown between hiring manager and staffing company because he started asking about skillsets outside of the job order (minor scripting and working ticket queue). Didn't mention 12 hour days when opportunity presented.
