Where do you see yourself in 5 years? People were nice and relaxed. Only lasted about 20 minutes.

Easy enough to get in as I had worked for with the company for a long time. They like people who know the system and who they don't have to retrain. Overall it is reasonable work for retail, but like any other commission based sales, your paycheck will fluctuate.

Not too much to negotiate, you can work around the base hourly rate, but only so much. Commission is set in stone
