Interviewed Apr 2011 in New Delhi (India) (took 1 week)
I had a written test and two interviews: one was 2:1 and the final one with manager was 1:1.
The written test had three sections: Software, Hardware and Analytical.
SOftware and Hardware had programming and hardware related questions respectively, analytical had some standard puzzles. In all about 30 questions in 90 minutes - time was short.
However, unless you do extremely badly, I don't think you will be sent away after the written test.
The 2:1 interview started with two graph-based questions. Then a couple of linked list questions and a question to findt he minimum in a stack, using two stacks. Then a couple of analytical questions were asked.
The second round was with the manager. He started off with some basic questions, and later entered towards graph-based questions. In the end, he asked a puzzle, and then asked about my salary expectations and everything.
