I applied online and the process took 6 weeks - interviewed at Mercedes-Benz Research & Development North America.

Interview Details – Found open position online, applied via e-mail, got email back after a couple of days with the info that application is reviewed, got another email from the hiring manager with the invitation for an interview, went through interview (very open question and answer discussion about the open position and about the aspects from my resume the manager found interesting for the position), got call from HR responsible (very friendly and helpful person who explained the needed paperwork, answered questions, agreed on salary, etc...), offer letter about 1-2 months before start date.

Interview Question – Not really unexpected but had to explain why I think my skill set enhances the projects, collaboration and quality in the team   View Answer

Interview Details – The hiring and interview process is extremely fast and efficient. The company paid all expense for the trip. The manager and workmate are very nice!
