Interviewed Nov 2011 in Montvale, NJ (took 2 weeks)
I've talked with MBUSA representative during job fairs on Saturday. On Tuesday I applied online, received call on Friday with invitation to interview on Tuesday. Also I received a case to prepare presentation with a solution to be discussed during that interview. Presentation was due Monday. Interview started with my presentation (15 minutes), later it was 45 minutes interview with Hiring Manager and HR Manager. Next day (Wednesday) I got e-mail to get an phone personality test with Talent Plus. I scheduled the interview to Monday. It was 2.5hrs "structured" interview. With questions that were repeating all the time with different wording. Next Monday I received e-mail stating that they are pursuing other candidates.
Almost all communication I received from MBUSA was copy&paste with change of the name of recipient. Company that says that they want to flourish creativity and progress is just copy-paste one.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Costa Mesa, CA (took 5 weeks)
I never met anyone in person - my interviews were conducted over the phone. Personality test interview takes two hours and questions are asked with no context given and many of the questions are repeatedly asked in different ways. If they decide not to move forward with you based on your personality test, they do not give a reason.

Interviewed Dec 2008 (took 2 weeks)
They were very professional. I received a phone screen, met with theh iring manager, and all of my potential co-workers. It gave me some insight into what my future co-workers would be like. I did a Talent Plus interview via phone and after clearing my frug and background check I was made an offer. The process was very painless.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 1+ week)
Send application via email to recruiting agency on Sun. Got a call on Mon evening and scheduled a 1:1 interview w/ recruiting company. Called in for phone interview w/ hiring company and talked to HR rep. Got invited for a 1:1 interview w/ hiring manager. Interview turned out to be a panel interview with the hiring mgr and the HR rep.. (I didn't like this kind of interview...it feels weird to say the same thing to hiring mgr while HR rep has heard everything)
The panel interview lasted 45 min. They kept asking why I left my previous company. They asked 4 questions and trying to get the details. I had to come up w/ 4 answers of why I left. Let's face it, it's not possible to come up with 4 Positive reasons of why I left the previous company. If it were so great, I'd not have left.
I've never had interviewer(s) ask 4 questions on the same topic. You're bonded to run out of answers.
