Contacted by phone; dinner night before and presentation next morning. Background check and one on one interviews, particularly alot of HR type questiosn from scientists (how do you handle conflicts, problem solve, multitask, etc).

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Was first contacted by phone and the hiring manager asked a few simple work and experience related questions. Was then asked to come in for an interview with 2 people from the department. At another occassion was called in to meet with 2 potential colleagues. The offer came about a week after the final interviews.
