Some key points would be to definitely know everything on your resume and make sure you can answer behavioral questions well. Stay calm and speak clearly. Do not get rattled if you are caught off guard with an unexpected question, just answer confidently.

Merck was very professional. I was called via telephone and offered an interview a few days following the phone call. I woke up that morning and was scheduled to come in at 10am. I went in, spoke with numerous people (who were polite, courteous and professional) and was offered the job. The process was easy and convenient. Unfortunately I received a better offer and took that. Merck is a good place.
