Interviewed Jan 2011 (took a day)
I was originally contacted by phone to confirm a date & time for the interview, & then the company provided a schedule for the interviews by e-mail. I was interview by 3 Project Managers on a 1:1 basis. They each asked questions based on my work experience and also behavioral questions.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Rahway, NJ (took 3 months)
This was an internal transfer. I posted resume and cover letter to the internal careers site and, about a month later, was contacted for a phone screen. The phone screen by the hiring manager was short and general--mostly questions about my resume and how my experience related to the posted position. This was followed by face-to-face 1-hour interviews with several internal "clients", the head of the hiring department, and the HR business partner. Almost all of the interviews were focused on getting a sense for me and how well I would work with the clients, with only one interviewer (aside than HR) asking pointed questions about my skills and experience. However, given that the resume I submitted was very detailed and that interpersonal skills were crucial to the position, this seemed appropriate.

Negotiation Details
This was an internal transfer (lateral move), and there was no negotiation around salary. My salary in my previous position was already at the higher end of the salary for the new position.
