First got a phone interview followed by an immediate invitation for an on-site interview.
Presentation was for a very limited number of people (not the group I was supposed to work with). In general you meet with leaders of other groups that might be interested in hiring you for other available positions. I enjoyed the interview, however the position was canceled due to the merger with Schering Plough...
