This is a on campus interview, 2 on 1. They asked my research projects, what kind of jobs I want and some technical questions. Got an email afterward asking me to apply online for this position, but have heard from then since.

First got a phone interview followed by an immediate invitation for an on-site interview.

Presentation was for a very limited number of people (not the group I was supposed to work with). In general you meet with leaders of other groups that might be interested in hiring you for other available positions.
