Applied online and sent a paper resume as well. Received a phone call from one of the hiring managers who proceeded to conduct a phone interview for screening purposes. They read off a list of questions and I answered them. I had to call back to set up an in person interview. The 1:1 consisted of three different departmental managers asking mostly the same things.
