Interview Details – Company puts employees thru grueling day of gang interviews in company (interviewed by 6-8 different people) and then you get the "privilege" of presenting to this group to see how you present under pressure
Interview Question – not any question but rather then group presentation at end of a long day of interviews that proves challenging Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Pretty simple and straightforward process. Offer was good to begin with so negotiations were over minor things

Interview Details – Interview questions were not in line with the job description for this position. Interviewer (hiring manager) had a very vague notion of the qualifications he was looking for in a successful candidate (i.e., previous senior role in Big 5). He explained that they wanted to take the firm in a new direction, but wouldn't detail what that was or how they planned to get there. After I asked questions to gain more understanding of what that meant -- important for this senior role - he still woudn't talk about the direction and only wanted to talk about my previously project experience. Bottom line, I couldn't determine how to target my answers to meet what they were looking for - it was a fishing expedition.
