Interviewed Jun 2009 in San Francisco, CA (took 1 week)
First there is a phone interview with either the Recruiting Director or the Portfolio Team that wishes to hire you. They will ask you simple questions like "Tell me about yourself, why do you want to work in the Financial Sector, etc." and then if you do well, you will receive an email or phone call asking to come in for a Round 2/In-person interview. This may get technical depending on the team. If you do well there, they give you an offer.
