Operations Analyst at Merrill Lynch

No Offer – Interviewed in New York, NY – Reviewed Oct 21, 2012

Interview Details – Quick and easy phone screening, 3-4 different people interviewed me 1-1. Claimed that our meeting room needed to be used so they threw me into another room to finish the interview where the man proceeded to act very angrily towards me. Threw me off and made me uncomfortable. Just trying to test me I'm guessing.

Interview Question – I'm guessing to see how I react to different situations.   Answer Question

Credit Officer at Merrill Lynch

Declined Offer – Interviewed in New York, NY Nov 2010 – Reviewed May 3, 2012

Interview Details – I was contacted by a recruiter at the company who had seen my resume that I had previously posted on their website/ career page. I went through a pretty intense interview process, meeting with six individuals for at east 1 hour at a time over the course of 2 months. Things were naturally slowed down as a result of travel schedules and the holidays. Very nice people that asked good questions and clearly were going to demand a challenging and intellectually stimulating environment

Interview Question – My opinion on a specific Borrower of theirs that I had had experience with at my prior firm.   View Answer
