Interviewed Sep 2011 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
People are nice because of the entreprenurial.
They seem easy-going except when it comes to technology (there they are Gods!)
Questions ranged from TCP/IP to wired L2 concepts. There is no room for nepotism and everyone gets hired on ability alone (not even on no. of years of experience).
My telephonic interview last 1.5 hours and we covered everything from ARP, TCP and IP headers, CSMA/CA/CD and even routing. There knowledge based and case based questions.
Negotiation Details
I didn't negotiate... I just stunned them with my brains! :P
No, but seriously, they make competitive offers and are out to get the best. You don't get a chance to negotiate because they better your expectation more often than not...
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Sunnyvale, CA (took 4+ weeks)
Lots of twists and turns. Inconsistent information. Missed appointments, broken commitments and poor communications between HR and the hiring executives. General confusion. Did not create a good impression. Position description, title and responsibilities changed three times. HR expressed obvious frustration with the process themselves. Finally left open-ended, no follow-up.
