Interview Details – Hiring and Interview process was good, however, even though the hiring manager told me after the interview that you are selected but after a week I got an email that they are going ahead with other candidates.Asked feedback many times but got no reply!!
I applied through a recruiter and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at MetLife in July 2013.
Interview Details – Metlife is moving to Raleigh NC . I originally applied for a Senior BSA but did not get it. My recruiter called me and told me I did not get the Senior Level position but if I would be open to a BSA. I said yes. Many recruiters/hr called me about these positions and I told them I spoke to someone about this position. I had three sets of interviews and hour each on one day. Most of these were behavioral and went quite smoothly. One of the interviewers was the hiring manager and the other two were just managers from other departments. After the interview three weeks went by and they offered me the position.
Interview Question – Behavioral Questions about diversity, communication and other topics. They broke down the topics they were going to cover in the behavior portion of interview. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I asked for the offer before I verbally accepted and she said i had to accept before giving it to me in writing. I thought this was very weird but i guess this is their process
I applied through other source and the process took 2 days - interviewed at MetLife in February 2010.
Interview Details – HR manager reached out to me after a friend forwarded my resume to a frieed of his at the company. SHe did a phone interview and invited me to meet with the Senior VP of development. I met with him and another VP and thought the experience was a positive one. They followed up the following week and stated that while they felt my background was strong, they didn't have a position for me
