Had an inital phone interview with a recruiter. The second interview was a panel interview, over the phone, as this was a telecommute job. I am in Omaha and the office was in Chicago.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Chicago, IL (took 2 weeks)

The co called and we talked about my resume, current responsibilities and qualifications. They called me in for a 1 on 1 interview about a week later and I met with the HR rep as well as the hiring mgr and a current employee. The interview lasted about 2.5 hours and was pretty straight forward. I was not impressed with the people I met or the responsibilities of the job. We discussed my salary expectations and I was "over qualified".
