MetLife Financial Services Representative Interview

Interview Details – First wan an initial phone interview to get to know you. Second was to meet with one of the HR rep's where the rep asked questions based of my resume and some basic interview questions. The next phase was to come back and do a compensation interview where they basically tell you how you get paid. the next interview was where you were suppose to show them your "marketing plan" but when i went in they never asked for it or wanted me to explain it. The interview turning out to be a group interview where 4 other metlife employees were questioning me and asking me some basic question's. I am still waiting to hear back.
