I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Metro Bank.

    Interview Details

Received a call the day after I applied. Then after my first interview, it took forever to hear back and it took lots of calling on my end to hear anything. I applied for the CSR position which I was told was pretty much mine, to then find out it was filled and had to go for the teller position. This is 3 weeks after the initial interview. The interviewer was very nice, and thorough.

I applied through college or university. The process took a dayinterviewed at Metro Bank in March 2011.

    Interview Details

The company sent out a text brigade and group messages about a week before the interview, informing of a general Career Day. There were two major divisions: For Interview and For Testing. On the day itself I was relatively early but there was already a long line waiting to go in. We had to fill out a detailed application form, a personality test and an essay portion. They interviewed quickly, around 10-20 minutes per candidate, screening out potential candidates by asking generic questions about family background, values, achievements, whatever was printed out on the application form. It was a 1:1 interview. I was told I passed onto the next phase of the interview and to await their call. It has already been 3 weeks but there is still no call.
