The interview process was not that extensive. It was very casual and more like a conversation with the interviewer. I was asked to take her through my resume and tell her about myself. The one on one interview was around 20 minutes.

Intimidating at first through 1:1 interview & group interview with the 2 other store managers. Extensive interview process for just sales associate position, all together about 3 hours long checking everything from background experience, brand knowledge, company stats, "if you where in their shoes" situation questions and role playing.

As a just out of college grad with BFA Fashion Marketing & Management and 7 years retail experience unfortunately almost nothing negotiable, part time sales slightly above minimum wage. They made you feel honored to work for them, but in return always felt appreciated in the workplace.

I sent my resume to the store manager and never heard back so I decided to go into the store. I had an interview right there and then with her! She decided to set up am interview with her district manager for the following week. The district manager must have approved of me because they pushed me through to the third interview, the "interactive interview". The interactive interview was in the third week and I heard back from her two days later!

I did not negotiate because I felt the base hourly wage plus the commission is appropriate for my age and experience.

It began with a phone interview to verify if I was a good candidate. I was then brought in to meet with HR and from there i met with the marketing team. There was then a third round of interviews where I had to meet additional people on the marketing team. After 7 days of waiting, I was extended the offer.

I was recruited by one of their sales leads, and I walked in to do a set up an interview on a lunch break with the store manager. I filled out the paperwork, set up a time and came back a few days later. He asked me why i wanted to work for Michael Kors, and What their culture was like: very independent mindset, but very competitive from what I gathered. You developed your own business, and were expected to build your clientele.
the interview was cut short by a mini wave of customers who the manager and I greeted during our interview, and so I left after a few words with those customers, and that left a good impression on him, I guess since he called me back later and told me he would like to extend me an offer

The interview process ran very smoothly. I elected for a phone interview which went very well. Later that same day I was called backed and offer a job and we talked salaries.
