Interview Details – Applied online. Went in to store to talk directly with manager. She said she would contact me in a week. She contacted me, gave me an interview a few days later. The interview asked questions that asked you to reflect on a time when you had to deal with "a customer/incident where this/that occured, and how you handled it". About 10 or 15 questions were like this. They briefly go over your job duties, so I suggest bringing a notepad to take notes.

Interview Details – My interview went well, and I'd have taken the job if I thought I could have done it justice. But it was clear that the home office is too corporate and rigid to accept the kind of change that's needed to make the e-commerce side of the business take off.

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Mohegan Lake, NY Oct 2008 – Reviewed Nov 26, 2012
Interview Details – I found the job online because I was interested in working for this type of store. The application was online and it took a long time (like an hour or more). I called after about a week to find out about an interview, and was scheduled for one in a couple of days. The interview itself was short and sweet because my previous experience was right in line for the job.
Interview Question – I was not asked any difficult questions, they hired me on the spot based on my experience in retail. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I was offered a lower wage than I was being paid at my last job, but it was an executive assistant position, and the manager explained that the wage was on the high end of what she would usually start someone at. I did not negotiate.
