Michaels Stores Replenishment Associate Interview

Interview Details – I applied for the job online and got a call a month later to come in for the interview if still interested. The interview was scheduled for the following day. I showed up about 10 minutes early and had to wait, then met the hiring manager. The interview was quick and straight to the point: she wanted to verify my job experience and get a few more details of my skills, then told me what the job consists of. She had me fill out a background check form then that was it. I didn't really hear back for almost a month, even though I had called to check up on my status 4 times. They kept saying she was still interviewing and deciding on people. Finally got a call back a month after the interview to come back in to fill out paperwork if I'm still interested in the job, which I am.

Negotiation Details – I didn't negotiate and rather felt it was not a negotiable role.
