I went to bring in a resume to the manger, he informed me that i would have to apply online. So I applied online, and a week after got a call for an interview. During the interview i was just asked basic questions such as, Where are things in the store, and what kind of art background am i taking into Michaels. And I was actually hired on the spot.

I didn't negotiate anything. I was just in high school. So the only thing i needed to talk about was only being available in the evenings.
