Interviewed Jun 2011 (took 3 months)
Was originally contacted by an outside recruiter. Through working with him and and internal recruiter, I had to technical phone interview, went through a background check, and eventually a 1:1 interview. Received offer same day as interview. The phone interviews were pretty basic and conducted by peers. Use these as an opportunity to find out from the people in similar positions what the day to day job is really like. Overall the the process was smooth and went well, although it did take quite a while.

Interviewed Aug 2011 (took 5 weeks)
Interviewed with the usual layers ofHR, Tech, Mgmt level staff. Went through all the hoops and even unofficial verbal offer at end. Well, never heard anything back even after multiple emails for closure. All were ignored without so much as a We're still deciding... Very weak IMO, especially for a so called Tech Vendor. Heard from internal resource that this is how the company operates, so Buyer Beware.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took 2 months)
Process seemed confusing and directionless so I withdrew after about 8 weeks and numerous interviews. Their internal recruiter explained to me at the start what would happen during the process of interviews and selection. He didn't seem very confident or clear at the time. Then what actually happened was completely different.
