There were two rounds of the interview process (first on the phone or on campus, second in the main office). In both, various logic questions are asked along with some HR questions as well.

The entry rate is non negotiable if you are entry level, but it is very easy to move up in MicroStrategy.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Background Check.
