Sales Director at Microchip Technology

Declined Offer – Interviewed in London, England (UK) Feb 2012 – Reviewed Jun 12, 2012

Interview Details – Was referred to Microchip by a friend who works there. First met with HR Director (for 90 mins) and the following week I was asked to meet with her again, along with General Manager, where I did a presentation followed by a group interview (this took 120mins).

The process was very thorough and Microchip did their background work on me too, which was very good to see. Overall impression of the operation and the people was that they ran an efficient and focused team in EMEA.

Interview Question – How would you best protect our margins at key customers in an increasingly competitive environment?   Answer Question

Reason for Declining – I decided to leave the UK & return home to Ireland.
