Interview Details –
HR was very responsive. Technical interview was scheduled on saturday at 1 PM.
The technical interviewer just asks crazy questions, be prepared for that. Whatsoever your resume may look, he won't see what you have worked on, he just listen to your introduction at first and then immediately starts shooting the questions which is way beyond your resume.
Interview Questions
- I have 5000+ mailboxes in my organization. All mails sent by users are getting stuck in the queue. How do you troubleshoot. Answer Question
- Have you ever done an offline defragmention of an exchange database. How do you perform it. Answer Question
- How do you plan for a disaster recovery of a Exchange Server. Answer Question
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 2 days.
